1. Acceptance of Terms
BluePrint Media ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by 17946970 Canada Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Service Disclaimers
Our services include marketing, advertising, automations, CRM setup, and consulting. All services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website or the information, content, or materials included on it.
3. No Guaranteed Results
BluePrint Media does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to lead volume, appointment volume, close rates, revenue, or return on ad spend. Marketing outcomes are influenced by many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your offer, your sales process, and ad platform changes. Past client results are not a guarantee of future performance.
4. Payment Terms
Service fees are due according to the terms set out in your individual service agreement or invoice. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in suspension of services. Ad spend is billed directly by the relevant advertising platform (e.g., Meta) and is separate from our service fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of BluePrint Media or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Custom creative assets developed for a client during an active engagement are licensed for that client's use as defined in the service agreement.
6. Communication Consent & SMS Terms (A2P 10DLC)
By providing your contact information through our forms, you consent to be contacted by BluePrint Media via email, phone, or SMS regarding your inquiry, appointments, and services.
SMS Program: When you opt in to receive text messages from BluePrint Media (by submitting a form with the SMS consent checkbox enabled, or otherwise providing express written consent), you agree to receive SMS messages including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, service updates, and — where you have separately opted in — promotional communications.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePrint Media, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
